The Health Care debate has been the driving topic of the Obama Administration since last year. This is the legislation that if passed will place Obama in a much better light for the next 2 years. If he fails, I'll be proud too know how hard he tried and I won't place the blame with him but I'm worried the rest of the country won't feel the same way. It is incredible to see how the process works, and I think that's just another smart decision under his sleeve. We get to see the fight.

I started seeing the lego hearts when Kanye started rocking them, and I thought the idea was dope as hell. Then I started seeing other lego pieces and found the origin was 2 twin brother out of NY, Dee & Ricky. The guys took the concept of Lego's, which we have all played with and morphed that into wearable accessories that actually look dope. It's a reminder than sometimes the best ideas can be simple. Inspiration strikes anywhere, and genius is right between your hands. Literally.

The Red Jesus Piece from GOODWOOD. I don't why but I think this is one of the dopest things I've come across. I had the same reaction to this that I had with the NOOKA watches. "Must Have" type of item. Unfortunately for me, they were released limited, and were sold out 45 minutes in and I didn't find out about them until 2 days ago. I watched the pilot episode last night. Thought the show was dope, the premise of it is something that's needed right now. I like how its kind of positioned as the anti-entourage. Being placed in NY and focusing on life trying to make it rather than life at the top. The show fits more with the mood of today, because we've all realized we're not movie stars yet. Apparently after this episode the show is going to focus on the two main characters starting a street-wear brand. It's a ill concept and I look forward to catching this show. Something tells me Entourage is on its last season so this could definitely fill the gap. Lol & Shout out to the Cudi cameos.

Fresh off the plane.......

Ok. Maybe not fresh off the plane. A week or so after actually. Me and the rest of crew hit California last week (yes, the week B4 the grammy's. smh) But still enjoyed ourselves all the same. Theirs tons of footage from that trip and I promise you guys will see it soon enough. This was my 2nd trip to the west coast, and it only solidified my original thoughts. Its an incredible town, sights and sounds. The people were amazing, and I just want to say thank you again, to all the friends and family traveling with me on this journey. I'm extremely grateful, and I know I'm blessed to have your support. Special shout out goes to Aunt DD, Dimples & IM KING. As I've said, this journey isn't going to be easy, but everyday the destination gets a little bit closer. Cali is part of the journey, as much as Chicago is. Shit, I want the world really, but its a little too early to get greedy. Lol. This trip was just proof man, that our dreams can be more than that, if we pursue them. Coming back home to chicago inspired.

-PURPLE- is probably going to get pushed back, because S11 is AT CAPACITY. lol, like its a club now. 4/20 is the date in my mind, which is perfect really. The music on this project is a reflection of me, of us. The journey that we've been on and where we're all headed. So, I'm not really trying to rush it. We're 9 songs in, enough to start thinking about singles, performances, and how I want to present it to you guys. Maybe "Turn the lights out" & a band called The Smoking Section. Just ideas man....

In the mean time, C.Rich's "Rich Beyond Measures" drops this week. The Bartendaz mixtape drops in March. #FlyyCity #Unfuckwitable.

I just want to say thank you guys. For supporting it is I'm trying to do. For giving me a chance to do it. It means more to me than you know. Much Luv x Respect.

The lead single from C.Rich featuring yours truly. The song is off Rich's "Rich Beyond Measures" which drops THIS WEEK. So make sure you pick it up. Honestly, C.Rich makes incredible music, and this song is one of my favorite collaborations. If you've heard the song then you already know what its about. I consider my verse the after effect of "Styrofoam Cups" lol. I really wanted to grab this instrumental for -PURPLE- but then C.rich played me the song and all I could ask for was a verse because it was dead on. All the songs on his project are like that though, really good music from really good artists, what more do you NEED?

Carelessness. I lost my one true love. I started drinking. I wind up in Phoenix. I get a job as a Chinaman. I start working in a dime store, and move in with a 13-year-old girl. Then this big Mexican lady from Philadelphia comes in and burns the house down. I go down to Dallas. I get a job as a “before” in Charles Atlas “before and after” ad. I move in with a delivery boy who can cook fantastic chili and hot dogs. Then this 13-year-old girl from Pheonix comes and burns the house down. The next thing I know I’m in Omaha. It’s cold there, by this time I’m robbing my own bicycles and frying my own fish. I move in with a high school teacher who also does a little plumbing on the side, who ain’t much to look at, but who’s built a special kind of refrigerator that can burn newspaper into lettuce. Everything’s going good until that delivery boy shows up and tries to knife me. Needless to say, he burned the house down, and I hit the road. The first guy that picked me up asked me if I wanted to be a star. What could I say?
