Ups & Downs

So, we get to the crossroads and the place is huge. We're there extra early for soundcheck and the sound system is perfect, probably one of the best I've heard. We hit the backstage area as the spot starts filling up. People are coming in, we got people on the way. Bullet shows up in back, Gemini, me and flow end up blowing one back with Shayla G and her crew. We're all waiting on the nights event to start and suddenly we hear word that their going straight ahead to the afterparty. Flo-Rida's plane is "delayed" and he won't be making it in time. People are pissed cause they paid 40$ to come see a show, ticket master was charging more. We're pissed cause we're looking forward to shutting the night down, but it just wasn't meant to be. Roll with the punches is what my grandmother said, just roll with the punches. It was some bullshit but, whatever, more shows to come, more gold then some. This is club right after soundcheck, right before they opened the doors. Woulda been dope.
