This is cover for the final mixtape in "The Drought" series. I'm not the only one who feels that Lil Wayne is the definitive mixtape artist and "The Drought" series especially 3, has helped lift dude to stardom. Sadly......the 5th tape represents the last, with Wayne calling it his grand closing. I guess since "The Carter 3" is actually about to come out Wayne is calling it quits on the mixtape game for a while. Smart move. So far none of the joints I heard seem special so I'l post one that I like when I like one. Yesssir.

The Drought is Over...
This is cover for the final mixtape in "The Drought" series.
